Help Maintaining Currencies
Transaction DBICUR
This transaction is used to maintain currencies.
The three-digit ISO code is used to maintain currencies in the application.
Amendments to an existing currency have to be handled very carefully because contracts and/or settlements have used the currency already in its former structure. Accordingly, some changes (for example: number of decimal places, etc.) can require additional conversion tools, which may have to be customized to meet the respective requirements in order to update the database to the new situation.
