Datafield Description and Properties
Datafield INR Internal Unique ID
Unique internal ID of a record within the table. The INR is a text field, which is created by retrieving the next valid entry from the counter of this table. The field INR is used to enable links from other tables to this table.
For contractdata the INR also links the two tables xxD and xxT as associated entries hold the same INR.
Datafield EXTKEY External Key
The external key is used to uniquely identify an entity address. The key may consist of both letters and digits and is usually the unique ID under which an entity address is identified.
Datafield NAM Name
This is the visible name of an Entity Address. This name is used in selection list and on panels to identify an Entity Address.
Datafield VER Version
This field holds the version counter used to keep track of the history of an entry of this table. The individual versions are managed by entries in the SLG table.
Datafield ETY Entity
Indicates the entity for this entity.
Datafield PRIFLG Main Entity Address
If not empty, this ETA is the primary address used for routing of incoming messages.
May be used, if multiple entity address records contain the same BIC/TID/…
Datafield BOLEML Email Address for Bolero Terminal
Emails for Bolero Terminal are sent from / to this address
Datafield BOLPWD Password for Private Key (obfuscated)
This field holds the obfuscated password used to access to the private key used by the bolero terminal software.
Datafield BOLRID Bolero RID
This field contains the Bolero RID.
Datafield BOLCOUNAM Name of counter for SntEnvelopeId
Contains the name of DBcounter when messages are sent via Bolero Terminal.
Datafield PRTBUSFLG Print Business Sector on Outgoing Letters
When this checkbox is checked, the long name of the business sector is printed in the header section of the outgoing correspondence.
Datafield ETGEXTKEY Entitygroup
This field holds the external key of the owning entity group to identify the logical owner of this entry. This field is filled automatically during insert and is used as filter when accessing the database. Without special implementation only entries of the currently active entity group are visible to the user.
Datafield ETGEML Email Address of Entity Group
This field contains the Email address of the entity group.
Datafield TEL Phone Number
This field contains the telephone number of the entity address.
Datafield FAX Fax Number
This field holds the fax number of the entity address.
Datafield TLX Telex Number
This field contains the telex number of the entity address.
Datafield EML Email Address
This field contains the Email address of the entity address.
Datafield BIC BIC
This BIC can only comprise a maximum of 11 characters. The first 8 characters are used as the bank code with the last three characters used for the branch code. The terminal ID (9th position) is automatically provided by the SWIFT sending service.
Datafield WEB Internet Address
This field contains the internet address of the entity address.
Datafield BLZ Bankleitzahl (German Clearing Code)
This field contains the 8-digit German Bankleitzahl or the bank clearing code of the entity address. Hence this field can be filled in only for banks and financial institutions located in Germany and which have been assigned a BLZ.
Datafield TID TradeConnect ID
This TID is used for TradeConnect messages from different entity addresses.
Datafield GETFLDNRM Field holding the normalized search fields.
Field holding the concatenated and normalized sum of all search fields used by quick search. This is one of the fields set in a SdbSetNRMFields method defined in the table definition module.
